is the engine of a bike powerful enough to build a homemade plane ?

I have the plans to make a home built plane like the Chinese farmers did. I plan to install a motorcycle engine which is 125cc, produces 7 bhp of power and makes the bike run at 80 kph on ground. i want to know that is this engine powerful enough to power the home built plane which is gonna use a propeller to power up ?
