Is the grouping of Judo and Kyokushin Karate together good for self defence?

Why not have one question with the entire grouping in it? Kyokushin, not in it's competitive/ tournament stage is a fantastic system.

Whatever you want to do is up to you.
 
What's with all the questions dude?

Kyokushin is a good martial art. I think Muay Thai is better. Do Muay Thai and Judo and you can't go wrong.
