Salem Witch Trials? In 1692 in New England USA 26 people were sentenced to death after being accused of witchcraft by local people.
Now in the 21st Century using technology available to us all we have to do is point at someone and shout paedophile and within hours thousands of people are campaigning for death on social network sites, without establishing proof or invoking the old adage innocent until proved guilty.

Will history look at this type of vigilante action with the same disbelief it looks at the Salem witch trials of 1692?
