Is the Jasper Xbox really that much better than the Falcon model?

I have the Falcon model and have been wondering if it would be worth it to me to get rid of my Falcon model and get the new Jasper model? I know the chance of the RROD is a lot less likely, but is it really necessary? Is there anything besides a less chance of the RROD that makes a big difference?
