Is the LG Rumor/Scoop a good phone for teens?

I was thinking about getting it because i want a qwerty keyboard and im gonna get with Cellular South so their are not that many other choices. My other choice is the Motorola RAZR but i don't really like the RAZR :P
 
Yeah, they go alright, my dad is the head of customer service for LG, and he said that they are the phones that appeal to that demographic, and they rarely get any faults or complaints. I have an LG Viewty, and that is great, a little bit more pricey though. The qwerty keyboard is only really much use if you are using an IM on your phone, or you do alot of textting.
 
I have a scoop and its fine, the slide out keyboard is nice, and it can take pictures and 15 seconds of video or up to 1 hour if you have a micro SD card. Plus (this may just be an Altel thing) but it as a AIM thing you can use which is also a plus.
