Is the Mexican Riviera Disney Cruise fun?

I've been on two Disney cruises before, Alaska and Bahamas, both on the Wonder. This will also be on the Wonder. I was wondering how this compares to the other two that I've been on, and how cool it is in general. I have no doubt it will be fun, but I just want some input! Im going over thanksgiving by the way.

Disney is always fun
but the Mexican Riviera was my least favorite cruise
Cabo,Matzalan, and Peurto Villarta ports were dumps
everyone trying to sell you crap jewelry.
the resorts there are nice, but getting off the cruise ship, did not care for the area
