Is the motorola droid 2 global GSM?

I recently asked another question about the droid two and thanks to the guy who answered, but i have been doing some sleuthing and I heard about it
 
There are two different Motorola Droid 2 phones. The Droid 2 is not a global phone. The Droid 2 Global is a global phone.
