Is the Nissan SKYLINE COUPE GT-t legal in the U.S?

I'm 16 and trying to buy a tuner! I like all tuner's. But Nissan's intrigue me! I was looking at Skylines and I tried to buy one in Japan! I got an e-mail saying I needed to register it! Originally it was a Skyline Gtr r32!
I did my research and found out I couldn't import it. Now i have my sight on two Skyline's

I know the second one is U.S street legal but what about the first one?
Can I still buy it without getting it imported?
 
First you should do some research on Japan-partner.com, I remember reading about them not to long ago and from what I remember their are some shady folks there.
Second you can buy anything from anywhere and bring to US, getting it registered is another story. Your best bet is to call your local DMV and ask or go to there website.
