Is the samsung rogue a good phone?

I'm looking into getting a new phone and have been looking at them for about a month. At the month i have the enV 1, not the best phone haha. I was just wondering if anyone had any information about the samsung rogue. Like if they had problems with it or what they liked best. any answers would be appreciated. or if you have a suggestion of another phone! may wait a while to get anything but am thinking about it now ha
also people keep mentioning the dice app, can anyone tell me a little about it? like what it does? is it a game? ha

im getting the rogue for Christmas (most likely)
Ive used it at the store really cool nice touch screen
the widgets are really cool too
The dice app is basically two dice you shake the phone and they roll Pretty basic
havnt heard of many problems except the battery runs out in like two days(not bad for a touch Screen)
You also have to purchase a 10 dollar a month internet plan too
BTW I have an env2 loved it but now am upgrading to Rogue
