im trying to lose weight and get lean muscle (quickest way possible) i workout 5-6 days a week but idk how to diet properly. i dont really eat a lot and im sure not getting results i want. i lost weight but not getting that toned look. can someone give me a detailed diet and workout plan?
i have a will ferrell body looking for a ryan reynolds body...hahaha
