Is there a handheld laptop with a disc drive?

I wanted to know if there is a handheld laptop like an iPad that has a disc drive built in so you can put CDs and games in it.
 
I don't know if this is what you mean but go here it'll be in the "Srouces Section." Also, not sure if you can put disc in, but I do know you need a mouse.
