Is there a nutrition guru out there? i hve a few questions?

i just lose 30 pounds with doctor supervision in 6 weeks.
i am currently 250 pounds........

my current diet consist of 16 onz of protein a day

i have a few questions.

1) i begin to exercise last week.....but not shore how hard to go....i dont want to get injured...how much exercise is too much.

2) currently i am just losig to 3 pounds a week
what happened why so litle?

3) what do i have t do to lose 30 more pounds fast because i am only losing to 3 pounds a week.
