I want to be able to pay a monthly fee (unlike limewire) and be able to download songs and burn them on a cd. I DO NOT want to pay crazy prices like 1.99 per song. I want to pay like 20 dollars a month. Any help?
I heard you cant bun cd's with rapsody?
 
Rhapsody and Napster are only $10/month, plus you can usually find deals like free first two weeks.
