playing music in hot tube in garden someone telling me to turn it down at 6 30 music not to loud
 
Think of the neighbours for god sake. If your neighbours can hear the music, then it is TOO 8L00DY LOUD. Play your music that you can hear it or wear earphones.
 
No there is specific time. You should always be aware of other peoples feelings and make sure you don't do anything to upset them.
 
There is no set time to play music. Your local government doesn't have a timetable of when you can and cannot play music. If your neighbors think it's too loud, then you should probably turn it down (unless you would like to be reported to the city for being disturbing).
