R Ryan Active member Apr 6, 2010 #3 The whole point of a re-writable DVD is so it can be re-written. If you want one that cant be re-written buy standard DVD-R or DVD+R, they are cheaper than the RW counterparts and you cant re-write them : ) Ryan
