Is there a way to play Dissidia Online without a PS3?

I've been wondering, because since it's going to be coming to American soon, I wanna play it online with my friend, but me or him don't have a PS3 (Nor do we have the money to afford one) Could you just get online by hacking you're PSP and getting X Link Kai?
