with poor service? I have bought a new web hosting package because I wasn't happy with streamline.net. I have tried 3 times now over a 2 week period to change the nameservers but they are not updating. I've emailed streamline's so called customer services twice & have had no response. There's no telephone contact for the company so I feel trapped. I've paid for a years hosting with the new host but obviously my website is not live & looks like it's never going to be. Is there somewhere you can make a complaint against web hosting companies, or some official body that I can contact to enforce this? I feel like streamline are penalising me for switching. Thanks
