is there any place that sells anime subbed on dvd?

Most of the animes that are sold in america have them go to audio optios and put it to japanese and turn subtitles on

Pretty much all anime DVD's (licensed for North American) have at least the Japanese audio track with English subtitles. Most of them also include a dubbed version with an English audio track. The only ones without a Japanese language audio track will generally be kids stuff that has been heavily edited anyway.
