The answer is a big NO! The many Christian sects who disagree on interpretation of the Bible in general and prophecy in particular should give you a clue.

Not really. There are similar prophecies in other religions, that can be attributed to past events as well as current ones.

if god really cared about human affairs, he wouldve had a prophecy in the bible that said "in the 1950s a man named adolf hitler with kill a lot of people. dont let him -love god" "ps dont interpret this in any other way"

Apparently you have little or no knowledge of how the Bible was written. My suggestion is that you read the Bible and how you interpret it.
