Is there ANY way to get custom ringtones on a Samsung phone without using

the internet? I currently have a Samsung Trender and I just want to use my own ringtones.
The phone doesn't let me use the ringtones I have on my memory card from my old phone, and I have to connect to the internet if I want to download ringtones I made on ringtone-sites.
Is there any other way to get ringtones on this damn phone? What format does the ringtone have to be in order for the phone to read it as a "ringtone."
 
You need to put your micro sd card in your computer. There should be 2 sets of files for my ring tones, my sounds, my music.Then open the card files up and see where the files are located. Then move the ring tones from the folder that they are in to the folder that they are not in. They should work.

If not you will have to move the ring tones to your computer then move them back to the micro sd card.

If that does not work you will have to remake the ring tones and put them into the folder that is for your new phone and not the folder for your old phone.
