...via Bluetooth? Ok, so they both have Bluetooth, and so I was wondering if it's possible to send photos to each other or any sort of file or something.

if your phone is a smartphone you can download an app called "bump". but you should just sync the phone to your computer and then when on your itouch sync it to itunes and then in "photos" sync them to your itouch,. sorry if my explanation does not make too much sense.
