Is there any way to stop lagging on a satellite high speed connection to XBOX Live?

Satellite internet connections inherently have this problem anyways. The speeds probably isn't the problem, the latency is. Don't really know if there is anything you can do about that though.....sorry
 
if its wireless then thats your reason, my friend told me that wireless is garbage and its a lot faster if you plug it in. try it
