Sometimes I accidentally hit the web icon on my phone and it launches the web browser. because I don't have a data plan, the charge adds up. Is there anyway to disable this or let a prompt come up before actually starting the browser. I text a lot so I actually need internet access, I just don't want the browser to start up by accident.
