Is there anyway to enable picture messaging on my flashed Samsung Rant?

It was originally on the Sprint network when I bought it off of Ebay and got it flashed to my Ntelos service. I want to be able to send picture messages, but right now all I can do is make/receive calls and texts. When I try to send a picture msg it wants me to connect to the internet and says something about PCS vision. Is there anyway around this?
 
Hi.Sorry,but there is no way to make picture messaging work on your Rant since it's flashed.When phones flash/unlock to another network it loses certain capabilities.
