Nope...gonna have to call your employer unless you want to report them to the IRS for being out of compliance.

They are required to send your W2 to your last known mailing address.

If you moved, send them a post card to let them know.

Hi,

I quit a job on bad terms last year. I haven't received my W2 from that company, so I figure I'm probably going to have to call them... The problem is that it's a really small office and basically I don't want to call them. So I was wondering, is there was anyway that I could my W2 or equivalent from the IRS or elsewhere without having to contact my former employer?

Thanks
