is there anyway to listen songs on bluetooth here in Saudi Arabia?

I know how to listen songs by voice mail and some other way but in saudi arabia for voice mail u have been charged per seconds. so, it is not possible here to listen music through voice mail. there is different numbers on which i dial and listen song on bluetooth but they will cut of in 1.40 min. is any other way or any number on which it keeps dialled without charging money.
