Nope, probably never. The only country that uses CDMA is the US. The rest of the world uses GSM. There are rumors that Apple with manufacture another GSM version that will be compatible with data channels on T-Mobile's US network. Doing that is a lot easier than manufacturing a whole new device. It's also easier to use GSM phones outside of the US.
I guess Apple's goal is to force people to switch to GSM carriers if they want the iPhone. Considering the rest of the world uses GSM, they have no incentive to go CDMA.
CDMA is a dead technology, anyway.
