I'm sick and tired of cold callers/spam calls on my contract phone, is there any applications available to block numbers/withheld calls for the Nokia C3?

I am not familiar with your phone model, but maybe this link will help:

https://www.donotcall.gov/

It's a list of phone numbers that solicitors are not supposed to be calling. And if they do call, they can be fined from the FCC for violating this list.
