Is there some kind of fun Music Editing software like the one on the Nintendo Dsi XL?

My friend has a Nintendo DSi XL. This DS has a function in which, if you put an sd card into it you can listen to the mp3 files. You can also mess around with it by messing with the speed and pitch in a fun and simple way. It can also change the song to sound 8 bit and other sounds. I do not own a DSi XL so I do not have easy access to this kind of application. I want to know if there is some kind of fun music editor like the one on the Nintendo DSi XL you can use on your computer. Please and thank you for whoever takes their time to answer my query.
