I have a 1995 Chevy Monte Carlo, when I get the car going, after it warms up, the temp gauge will go to hot , but the heater will blow out cold air then all of a sudden the temp will go down again and I get some heat through the heater. This keeps going on with it going up and down. Does this sound like I need to change the thermostat??
