Is this a good build?

I had 400$ to spend on a decent but not good build.I found out I had everything but a CPU,GPU and MOBO.Is this a decent build? Mostly Skyrim, CS:S, Far Cry, Minecraft,COD 4.You can change anything around but it needs to be around 300$

Intel core I3 2120 or AMD Phenom x4 965. (Hard time choosing but around 90-130$)
Radeon 7850 (Around 150)
A AM3+ Motherboard (I have to find one hopefully around 40$)

I have everything else but maybe a hardrive but that doesnt matter.
