hey guys i have been in the market for a bike preferably one within 30 miles of where i live and has to (or can be) street legal also off road (enduro dual sport motard etc...) also it needs to be under $1000 and all legal papers are on site And needs to be (as my dad says) "it perfect working shape" so i found a little kawi and i went to see it. but as it turns out it needs some things done to it to make it work so I'm going to turn down the offer but i also found this

which seems to be pretty cool maybe i could offer $450? and also could i get it to be street legal just by attaching OEM parts back to it? (or without having to mod/weld anything?) and some day get it looking good as new?
so there's my question (more of a statement...) so what do you guys think?
ALSO! i think some of you might like this as i was browsing i came across a Hayabusa (pimped out!) for $5500 now this sounds like a scam but its in a really (really) small town and i don't think it is here's the link
