Is this a good deal on a Suzuki sv650?

Yep, I passed the MSF course here in northern illinois and have some riding experience on a ninja 250r. I just thought this deal was maybe too good to be true. There are more pictures on http://www.banzai-motorsports.com/detail-2007-suzuki-sv650-used-5873564.html and it looks as if it got maybe a new paint job on the fuel tank? Maybe it was dropped.
 
It's a great bike and a pretty fair deal but do you have ANY riding experience?!? At least a MSF course or dirt bike time?
The SV 650 has a nice mellow torque-y engine but it will zing along at a fast rate rather rapidly and may not be considered a begineer bike.
This is my necessary warning to newbies! So watch your A$$.

Added @ Added- Well, it may have been down but you'll have to do the hands-on inspection and test ride yourself or a close experienced friend maybe.
But for $400 and a plane ticket I'll come over to help you decide, LOL.
