Okay, so I've been doing boxing/kickboxing for about 6 months now. And I've been doing jiu jitsu for a little more than a month. I go Monday-Saturday..here's my schedule.
Monday
4 PM - 5 PM Kickboxing
5 PM - 6 PM Cardio Class
6 PM - 7:30 PM Jiu Jitsu
Tuesday-
Kickboxing 4 PM - 5:20 PM
Wednesday-
Kickboxing 4 PM - 5 PM
Cardio Class 5 PM - 6 PM
Jiu Jitsu - 6 PM - 7:30 PM
Thursday-
Kickboxing 4 PM - 5:20 PM
Friday
Kickboxing 4 PM - 5:20 PM
Saturday
Jiu jitsu 10 AM - 1:30 PM
