Is this a good outfit to wear to an open call at Ford Models?

OVERVIEW:
Basically, I'm wearing a grey cardigan vest from Old Navy over a white v-neck from Aero with medium blue skinny jeans from dELia's and black gladiator sandals by Ann Taylor.

i dont like the gladiators or the vest,
wear heels instead of the gladiators
 
yeah thats fine. you dont want to overdress, so just go for a good casual look, and what you have chosen, looks good :) they don't want models who try too hard x
 
yeah that would look great...if you wanted to look like everyone else there

wear something to stand out
 
It's OK... but I'd wear something a little more sexy looking. I mean at an open call you need to wow them and make them fall in love with you. I think what you are wearing is sort of blah, boring. (really no offense, personally i love the outfit) but maybe spice it up a little with heels or another top?

exchange sandals for high heels or boots that looks good over jeans. choose something that accents your legs
 
The last three really have a young sexy flare to them (especially the jeans) but i have to be honest i think those sandals don't go very well with that outfit, but that's just me. It'll probably look fine to You. If you use the correct Accessories with it. But that vest is well um, it doesn't go well with that shirt, you'd probably be better off without it,;))

I would ditch the vest and keep it simple with the shirt, jeans, and gladiatos. You want the agents to notice your face and body; not necessarily the clothes that you're wearing. The vest wouldn't be a bad idea but just from past experiences that I've had they prefer simplicity over anything else. Also, pull your hair back and keep your makeup simple in case no one's told you that already :)

Don't wear the vest or the gladiators.

Use black heels instead of sandals, and a grey cardigan instead of the vest.

Wear very little to no makeup, as well. They don't want to see how "sexy" you can be or how much you can stand out...they want a blank canvas so they can see what they're actually working with.
