Hey, I wanted to do MMA when I'm older. I'm 15 right now. I've been training kickboxing M-F for nearly 5 months now , and I've just started jiu jitsu. Here's my workout/mma schedule
Monday- Kickboxing (1 hr), jiu jitsu no gi (1 hr)
Tuesday- Kickboxing
Wednesday- Kickboxing (1hr), jiu jitsu gi (1hr)
Thursday- Kickboxing 1 (hr)
Friday- Kickboxing 1 (hr)
Saturday- (Jiu jitsu gi 1 hour & 30 mins)
Is that pretty good? Am I on the right path? I usually never miss a day either. I love martial arts and I love attending. HOw am I doing?
