It depends, if you're using a grave keeper, then, you're fine but if not, i think it would be better of with you snowman since it has a more useful effect than recruiter.
Seems like a good trade to me unless your snowman eater is some kind of limited edition ultra rare crap... Most people are really trying for a gravekeeper's recruiter these days so otherwise by all means, accept the trade.
