Is this a good weekly workout routine?

I'm 16 and I want to get fitter and stronger for the footy season...
my current routine is:
Mon - 30 mins weights
Tues- Jog for about 30 mins
Wednesday- Basketball training
Thurs- Jog
Fri- weights
Sat- bball game
Sun-weights

so is this good?
