I saw it on a video.


6 Pack Workouts:

•Crunches- 25 Reps
•Leg Extention- 25 Reps
•Alternating Leg Extention- 20 Reps
•Cross Leg Crunch- 20 Reps Per Side
•More Crunches- 25 Reps
•Twisting Sit Ups- 20 Reps Per Side
•Toe Reach- 15 Reps
Leg Ups- 25 Reps
•More Crunches- 25 Reps
•Push Ups- 30 Reps
 
good, also try getting in a planking position with hands right below your shoulders, then walk them out as far as you can and back. that'll tighten ur core up.
