Is this a good workout routine to shed some fat and add a little bulk?

My exercise plan is day 1 30 minutes of jogging followed by flat bench 3 sets incline bench barbell shoulder press shrugs tricep skull crushers and tricep kickbacks. Day 2 30 minutes jogging bent over rows and lat pulldowns curved barbell curls isolated dumbbell curls squats. 3rd day repeat day 1 and 4th day repeat day 2. I am trying to start the 6 good meals a day as well. I also am doing 1 more day of cardio. I am spending about 75 minutes total in the gym. I planned on changing the routines up about every 3 weeks. I used to work out this way and was in good shape but never gained a lot of size. I think because I never changed my routines around and my diet was poor. I only have 4 days a week to do this and want to get the most out of it. Any comments or tips? I know I should not do cardio the same day but I do have to work too.
