Ok so I did a little experiment wasn't planned out that way just happened that way. So anyway I went to the dr and filled out a release form saying to give all my personal information to my wife. So later on I needed some fmla paperwork done asked my wife to go in and pick it up and they told her no even after she said she was my wife and I signed a consent form saying she can get it they still turned her down. So I wanted to see if it was because she's a girl or they just couldn't do it so I sent one of my gay guy friends there and told him to tell them he was my husband and guess what he came out with all of my fmla paperwork. When I asked him what they said he said they had no problem getting my information they just told him to wait and gave it to him. I'm kinda pised now can I sue them for something? Even not involving gay that basically means any man can just walk in say they're my husband and get my information.
