It seems expensive for the work needed on it, but I don't know anything about bikes. Can anyone tell me if this is worth it and if not, how much should i pay for it?
 
No that bike isn't worth $200 dollars.

I have a Centurion Iron Man that was in similar shape and I only paid $60 for it. After I replaced everything and turned it into a single speed / fixie it was still WAY under $200.

I will say this though. With the right components that bike will weigh about 15 lbs ... so thats nice.
 
No. It dont even have a pedal on one of the things. Someone probably stole that bike or it was a homeless person's.
