Hey, Like everyone else over weight... as a new years resolution i told my self i would lose weight... and I have, I've lost 31lbs but thats not enough. when I started i weighed roughly 243lbs now I am 212lbs, My goal is to be in the 180's by January so that I can put on massive amounts of muscle... The sooner I can get all the fat off the better. Sorry I know this is gay but my fitness goal is to have taylor lautners body, I find his physique not to big and not to small. I think its a good goal to shoot for. I have a year from august to attain this physique. Last I measured I was about 23% body fat. now I feel comfortable saying I am at 20%. Here are my current measurements (stomach 40", Arms 15", forearms 12.5", chest 42", thighs 24", calves 15") my goals are (waist 36", Arms 17", Forearms 14.5", Chest 45", thighs 27" calves 16.5") are these goals possible within a year? I will not be taking any supplements accept maybe a multivitamin. please help.
