"America" is never mentioned in the bible. Not once. Neither is Iran, nor the modern nation of Israel.
Which isn't at all surprising, since none of them existed when any bible parts were written.

There is absolutely nothing in the Bible as far as prophecy is concerned with nations that can be applied to our time. The book of Revelations is a book which came to pass during the time of Polycarp of Rome in 120 A.D.

Prophesy is not going to play out how Christians claim about the mark of the beast etc. If you read Isaiah 11 and Jeremiah 31 this has yet came to pass, and it proves that 1948 was a counterfeit installation of God's city.
