im 15, ive been working out on a stationary bike at school for 15 minutes each day because of hip problems, so i cant be running for a while. the 1st day we set the level at 4, and i did 15 minutes, and my heart rate at the highest was like 160. then today the level was set at 6 for 15 minutes, and my heart was was 192 at the highest. i wasnt feeling very out of breath, i mean i could still talk, but i couldnt hold a steady conversation. im 15 years old, im 90 pounds, 5'2.
