Is this jacket good for skiing and hiking?

I need a jacket for my dofe expeditions to dartmoor and exmoor then a ski trip so it needs to be versitle. my price range is about 50-90 and it needs to be slightly stylish so i can wear it to town

that jaket is pretty good for skiing
as long as its waterproof and u can move around with it on
