Is this normal for a newbie Deadlifting?

I'm a 14 year old male, who started lifting weights at school. I did some deadlfiting ( 10 reps for 3 sets) and I did them relatively fine. The next 2 days, my back started hurting. There's no pain when i walk normally though, except when i bend down, arch forward in a chair, or anything involving the lower back it pains me, not so much to the extent that i'm on the floor but it hurts. Is this normal?
My back doesn't hurt when i'm doing other exercises involving the other parts of my body ( like squats for example)
shoulders, arms , back and legs are sore and painful daily after the workout, is this supposed to help me out in any way?

Yes. But it also means that you need to work out on your lower back. Also when you deadlift bend your knees and keep your feet shoulder length apart. Hope this helps. If you need anything else just let me know

I understand that your back doesn't hurt when you are doing other workouts but it might be a sign that your lower back isn't as strong as other parts. For most people it isn't. To really get a good lower back work out try doing some good mornings with 10's on each side. Also do some back cable rows. Holler at me if you have any questions

It's normal that you are sore the first couple of weeks after you start to work out because as your muscles grow they tear, but after that first soreness is gone you'll be fine. Your muscles will just continue to expand. That's why your are feeling that everywhere. You asked if it's supposed to help you out, the answer is yes, that's your body letting you know that you are developing muscles. Hope that helped. As always hit me up if anything

All my coaches recommend 3x6 deadlift workouts. Meaning 6 reps for 3 sets. Meaning we build a stronger triceps, hams, and lower backs. The whole posterior chain.

Try doing lower reps with higher weight for strength and size.
