I'm a 14 year old male, who started lifting weights at school. I did some deadlfiting ( 10 reps for 3 sets) and I did them relatively fine. The next 2 days, my back started hurting. There's no pain when i walk normally though, except when i bend down, arch forward in a chair, or anything involving the lower back it pains me, not so much to the extent that i'm on the floor but it hurts. Is this normal?
My back doesn't hurt when i'm doing other exercises involving the other parts of my body ( like squats for example)
shoulders, arms , back and legs are sore and painful daily after the workout, is this supposed to help me out in any way?
