Hello Everyone!! I need a little of your advise. I am real tired of falling off the band wagon, so i decided to write up a workout routine thinking that if it's layed out for me I'll stick with it. The problem is, I made up up (giggles) and I just wanted to throw it at you all and see if you think it will work out for me.
) My goal is to Tone my body and Lose 10 pounds or so by the end of May 2009. Oh.. and pass my military fit test, with 50 pushups(in 1 min), 50 situps (in 1 min), and a 1.5 miles run in 1200. I am currently 5'4 at 129lbs. I have that "delightful" (not) pear shaped body which means most of my jiggle comes from my butt and thighs. Here is my workout Routine, please let me know your thoughts.
Mondays: Take a Total Conditioning Fitness Class (Cardio/Strength)
Tuesdays: Run/Jog 1.5 miles, 40 situps X3. 25 crunches X3, 25 LegLifts X3. and 25 knee ups X3.
Wednesdays: Take a Total Conditioning Fitness Class (Cardio/Strenght), Weight Machines: Triceps, Biceps Dumbbells: Triceps, Biceps and Pushups 20 X3.
Thursdays: OFF

Fridays: Run/Jog 1.5 miles, Weights: Quads, Hamstrings, Abbductor, Adductor, Leg Press, Calves, Lunges 10 X3, Squats 20 X3
Saturdays: Jog intervales on tredmill for 45 min
Sundays: OFF
