i was looking through my cabinet and thinkin what is healthy i saw top ramen i though of how my step cousins eat ALOT of that and how they are soo skinny and though if top ramen was it PLEASE TELL ME
no you will not.. top ramen is not good for health, it has no nutrients,it will have a very bad effect on ur health..
instead eat healthier fresh stuff.. avoid greasy/sugary/fatty stuff.. eat smaller portions many times a day..
Ramen would not be a good food to eat singly. It is not super-filling, so most likely you will still be hungry. It is also absurdly high in sodium (which will never help you lose weight because your body is mainly water) and high in saturated fat. If you want to lose weight fast, cut out carbs (like ramen) and focus on lean protein and fruits and veggies. good luck!
uh, that would definitely not be very healthy...have you looked at the fat in that? Plus you would be lacking essential nutrients...I definitely would not take that route.
